To request a routine appointment in the next 7 days:

Your appointment
We may then offer you a consultation:
- By phone
- Face to face at the surgery
- On a video call
- By text or email
Appointments by phone, video call or by text or email can be more flexible. This often means the doctor or nurse can help you sooner.
Cancelling or changing an appointment
If you can not make your appointment let us know as soon as you can so another patient can book the appointment time. You can cancel or change your appointment:

Please tell us:
- If there’s a specific doctor, nurse or other health professional you would prefer to respond
- If you would prefer to consult with the doctor or nurse by phone, face-to-face, by video call or by text or email
- If you need an interpreter
- If you have any other access or communication needs.
Home Visits
To request a home visit contact the surgery before 10.30am.
Remember that we can see several patients at the practice in the time it takes for one home visit. Patients should have their appointment at the surgery if they can.
Lack of transport is not a reason to request a home visit.
Chaperones
All patients are entitled to have a chaperone present for any consultation, examination or procedure where they feel one is required. All staff are chaperone trained.
Interpreters
Interpreters can be made available through language line if requested in advance. Languages spoken at the Practice include English, Tamil, Sinhalese, Punjabi, Hindi, Urdu.
